August-2025 Happiness Calendar

Greetings all!

This month happiness calendar focuses on putting in the work for your relationships. I would like to add that your relationships should include your relationship with yourself! 

My favorite ideas were from August 8, 19, 20, 29, and 31. I also think August 6 and August 28 suggestions are becoming more and more challenging. What do you think?

August 1 – Think about your impact on the world.

August 2 – Find a community to identify with.

August 3 – Journal about your hopes.

August 4 – Talk through a conflict at work.

August 5 – Cultivate a loving heart.

August 6 – Slow down your media consumption.

August 7 – Look for the positives in a difficult situation.

August 8 – Appreciate how love and happenstance brought people into your life.

August 9 – Remember that everyone struggles at times.

August 10 – Remember what your ideal self would look like in the future.

August 11 – Prepare topics before a conversation.

August 12 – Do you have a culture of gratitude at work?

August 13 – Reflect on a memory that makes you feel strong and resilient.

August 14 – Apologize after your hurt someone.

August 15 – Choose biking rather than driving when possible.

August 16 – Ask deep questions.

August 17 – Explore a park.

August 18 – Listen and try to truly understand someone.

August 19 – To feel happier, smile.

August 20 – Don’t get stuck ruminating on past hurts.

August 21 – Work to make your country better.

August 22 – Trust your intuition.

August 23 – Look for people who help you grow.

August 24 – Express anger in a healthy way.

August 25 – Read hopeful news that focuses on solutions.

August 26 – Visualize the kind of relationships you want in life.

August 31 – Honor love in all its forms.
