Fun and interesting tidbits that caught my attention... My reflections and random thoughts on finding balance and joy, as well as life, universe, and everything in between

Greetings all!
How are your mornings? Are they relaxed or frantic? Do you dread your day with its to-do list or do you wake up knowing you have everything well in hand?
Of course, one can prepare a to-do list the evening before. But what about other ways to make mornings feel more mindful and less rushed?
I recently did a meditation with Jay Shetty on CALM - and he introduced the T.I.M.E. routine that does just that. Incorporating a routine – any routine, even a short one! – makes you feel in control, and it doesn’t take a lot of time to add T.I.M.E. to your day!
So what is T.I.M.E?
Insight
– Find something that inspires you and makes you grow (e.g., a class, a book, or
a podcast).
Meditation
– Breathe and just be, even if it is just for several deep breathes!
Exercise
– Move. I am not a morning person so I cannot imagine getting up and immediately
going for a run but I CAN do a couple of easy stretches.
Don’t you love a good acronym? What did you think? Drop me a line!
Greetings all!
In this heat, don’t you want to just sit by the pool in the shade and drink something refreshing while doing absolutely nothing?
