Greetings all!
Spring is around the corner and I thought it was time to find a new spring cocktail. Google to the rescue – and now I present to you Green Tea Sangria that looks refreshing and very easy to make.
Also keep scrolling for other very pretty cocktails – don’t they just look amazing!?
Green Tea Sangria
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle
white wine (Author used Sauvignon Blanc, I think Pinot Grigio will work here
too)
- 4 cups water
- 6 bags
green tea
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 lemons,
sliced
- 20-25 mint
leaves (I wonder if mint tea might work in the absence of mint leaves?)
Instructions (condensed by me):
- Boil 4 cups of water
- Add 6 green tea bags and steep for 5 minutes
- Remove tea bags and stir in 1/3 cup of honey
- Cool for 1 hour
- Mix the cool tea with 1 bottle of white wine, lemon slices, and fresh mint leaves
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving!
